Colonial Village Resort is located at 548 Main Street (U.S. Route 1) in Ogunquit, Maine. We are just 1/2 North on U.S. Route 1 of Ogunquit Village on the Ogunquit Tidal River.

Find Us Using Interstate 95 or U.S. Route 1:

From The South Using Insterstate 95: Take Exit 7 at York, Maine off Interstate 95, bear right and follow road for 0.6 mile until traffic lights, take a left and continue north on U.S. Route 1 for 8.4 miles. We are located on the right hand side of the road.

From The South Using U.S. Route 1: Continue North on U.S. Route 1 until you reach Ogunquit Village. Proceed about 1/2 mile North on U.S. Route 1. We are located on the right hand side of the road.

From The North Using Interstate 95:Take Exit 19 at Wells, Maine. Take a left at lights after toll booth on to Maine 109/9. Travel 1.6 miles until you run into U.S. Route 1 ( there'll be a set of lights and you will have to take either a left of right). Take a right on to U.S. Route 1 and proceed for 3.7 miles. We are located on the left hand side of the road.

From The North Using U.S. Route 1: Continue South on Route 1 through the town of Wells. From Wells Corner - where U.S. Route 1 and Maine 109/9 intersect - proceed 3.7 miles. We are located on the left hand side of the road.
