Our Policies
All of our guests are responsible for reading and observing our policies. To avoid misunderstandings, please review our policies so that your visit with us will be carefree and enjoyable.
Pets and Smoking:
We have several pet-friendly accommodations this year. If you would like secure a pet-friendly room, please do this when making your reservation.
There is no smoking allowed in any of our rooms, though smoking is allowed outside in certain designated areas. Please be sure to inquire about our designated smoking areas on the property BEFORE making a reservation.
Reservations Policy:
A two-night deposit is required on all reservations of four nights or more. A one-night's deposit is required for three nights or less. There is a $15 service charge for all cancellations. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to reserved arrival date will be refunded less service charge. Early checkouts will be charged in full.
Methods Of Payment:
Cash, Travelers Checks, and Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover) at registration desk only. All figures are stated in US Dollars.

Check-Out: 11:00 A.M.
Office Hours:
Summer: 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M.
Spring & Fall: 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. or 10:00 P.M.
Game Room: 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.
Laundry Room: 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.
Pool Hours (both pools & spa): 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.
Extra Persons In Rooms or Vehicles:
You are responsible for reporting the amount of persons per unit when you make your reservation. Each of the units has a maximum state legal occupancy limit. You can find these limits on our Rates page for each type of accommodation.
There is a charge of $15.00/day for each extra person. Under no circumstances will we allow extra persons beyond the legal limit. If an extra vehicle is needed, please be sure to mention the other vehicle when making reservation.
